2. Heard the respective counsels for the parties.
3. The petitioner's name was not reflected in the F.I.R. During pendency of the criminal proceeding his name has been cropped up as co-accused. Chargesheet has been filed on 31.05.2018.
4. Mr. Jitendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the State has not disputed the role played by the petitioner in the alleged offences is not forthcoming in the Chargesheet that a part the petitioner is in custody since 18.06.2022, therefore, the petitioner has made out a case for grant of regular bail.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Complaint Case No. 277 of 2019, subject to following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall co-operate in the event of any re-investigation and in conclusion of the trial. (ii) He shall remain present on each and every date of trial till conclusion of trial.
(iii) He shall not try to tamper with the evidence or intimidate the witness to delay the conclusion of trial. (iv) In the event of default of two consecutive dates without any valid reasons, his bail bonds is liable to be cancelled.
(v) The Court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and in the case, at any stage, it is found that petitioner had concealed his criminal antecedent, the Court below or investigating authority shall take immediate step for cancelling bail bond of the petitioner. However, acceptance of bail bonds, in terms of the aforementioned order shall not be
