Petitioner seeks bail in G O Case No.50 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that total 150 litres Nepali Saufi liquor was found loaded on two motorcycles. Petitioner was arrested while another person managed to run away.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 26.05.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
