This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Sathi P.S. Case No. 123 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

The minor girl was kidnapped by the petitioner and other co-accused persons. The petitioner has been named as one of the kidnappers in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C.
