3. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:

"1. That the present application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the District Magistrate, Nalanda (Respondent No.-4) towards hearing and disposal of the petition dated 09.01.2020 filed under appeal against the order under Memo No. 2226 dated 14.12.2019 passed by the District Programme Officer, Nalanda whereby the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1776 of 2021 dt.24-01-2022 2/2 recommendation of cancellation of Selection of the petitioner as Anganwadi Sewika for centre Nohsa-2, Centre Code-90 has been approved without proper consideration and verification of the facts as well as Educational Certificates. Further for relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case."

4. Short question for consideration in the present petition is to dispose of the petitioner's appeal, which is stated to be pending consideration before the appellate authority.

5. Therefore, the appellate authority is hereby directed to decide the petitioner's appeal in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

6. With the above observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
