2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 281, 125(a), 125(b), 109, 238, 303(2), 253(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., on 02.04.2025, this petitioner hit and ran over informant's son and in order to remove the evidence, threw the dead-body of informant's son 15 km away from the place of occurrence. It is further alleged that petitioner stole cash of Rs. 80,000/- from the pocket and gold chain from the neck of son of informant and assaulted with iron rod on his head, leg and hand and fled away thinking him (informant's son) dead. During search, some villagers narrated entire story to informant and thereafter, informant reached there and brought his son to hospital and in course of treatment, informant's son died.
