2. In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 120 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 328 and 34 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, the daughter of the informant was married to co-accused Bajid. On 16.02.2024, the informant received an information that the accused persons forcibly administered insecticide to his daughter. When the informant went there, he saw his daughter in unconscious state. Anjum Ara, the mother-in-law of the deceased, apprised the informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51612 of 2024(2) dt.30-07-2024 2/3 that the deceased had consumed poison but this was not a fact and Anjum Ara, in order to save her skin, had given false statement. During course of treatment in Maurya Hospital, the deceased died.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The recitals of the FIR makes it clear that the deceased herself consumed poisonous substance. She was brought to the hospital by her matrimonial members. This case has been lodged for some ulterior motive. The petitioners are brother-in-law (bhaisur) of the deceased, having no concern with day-to-day affairs of the couple. He has submitted further that when the informant came to know the real fact, he disclosed the fact in compromise petition, vide Annexure-2 of the bail application, that the mental condition of the deceased was not sound. She herself committed suicide after consuming insecticide.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 120 of
