The Union of India & Ors. (Annexure-10, Page- 48), which is extracted as under:- "In view of the arbitration clause bearing Clause-11 of the agreement entered into between the parties, the petitioner seeks liberty to invoke the arbitration clause.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty."
