The petitioner seeks bail in Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 303 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section 25(1B)a/26 of the Arms Act. One country-made pistol has been recovered on the disclosure made by this petitioner from the bush of road-side. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 23.04.2021. Chargesheet has been submitted. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, the bail petition of petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55865 of 2021(2) dt.07-12-2021 2/2 allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 303 of 2021.
