The present writ petition has been filed seeking correction in the electricity bills.

The learned Senior counsel for the respondentCompany has also filed a counter affidavit. 3.

It appears from the pleadings that the present case involves disputed question of facts, hence it would be appropriate that the dispute in question is adjudicated by the Forum, established for redressal of grievances of the consumers i.e. the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, Purnia. In such view of the matter, the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, Purnia within a period of four weeks from today. Liberty so sought, is granted and in case, any petition is filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks

Patna High Court CWJC No.2102 of 2021(3) dt.25-03-2021 2/2 from today, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously by the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, Purnia, preferably within a period of three months thereafter.

It is needless to state that for a period of four weeks from today, status quo existing as on today, shall be maintained in order to enable the petitioner to appear before the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, Purnia, however the same shall be subject to payment of the current electricity charges on month to month basis.
