The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bind P.S. Case No.41 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 135 of the Electricity Act. Considering the nature of allegation of commission of theft of electricity, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail is refused.
