Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No.205 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are said to have killed the deceased due to non-fulfillment of additional demand of dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioners are in-laws of the deceased. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. In the supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioners, it is stated in para 2 that the husband of

Having considered the facts aforesaid, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge-VIII-cumA.C.J.M., Patna in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S.
