2. Considering the nature of the grievance of the petitioner, as noted by this Court in the order dated 01.02.2024, this Court had directed Directory, Secondary Education, Bihar to return the service book and other records of late Kumar Udai Singh (the deceased husband of the petitioner) to the office of the Director, Education Department, Government of Arunachal
Patna High Court CWJC No.10565 of 2023 dt.01-07-2024 2/3 Pradesh, preferably within a period of two weeks from today.
3. A supplementary counter affidavit has been filed duly sworn by the Deputy Directory, Secondary Education. Specific averments has been made that in compliance of the order of this Court, the answering respondent vide memo no. 483 dated 12.02.2024 and memo no. 497 dated 13.02.2024 has sent the service book and other records of the petitioner's husband to the office of the Director, Education Department, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, the copies of which have been marked as Annexure-A series.

At this juncture, learned Advocate for the petitioner further contended that he has been informed that certain query has been made from the Education Department of the Arunachal Pradesh, which is not being responded by the office of the Director, Secondary Education, Bihar, Patna resulting into non payment of outstanding pensionary and other dues of the petitioner. It is also contended that the petitioner is a hapless widow, who has been running from pillar to post after the death of her husband, who unfortunately died in an accident on 07.08.2015 in the State of Bihar.
5. Taking note of the untimely demise of the petitioner's husband, this Court only to meet the ends of justice,
Patna High Court CWJC No.10565 of 2023 dt.01-07-2024 3/3 takes a sympathetic view and dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Director, Secondary Education that if some response is required to the query made by the Education Department, Arunachal Pradesh, the same must be answered preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of reciept/production of a copy of this order.
