2. At the outset, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that in compliance with the order of this Court, now the amount has been refunded. However, learned Advocate for the petitioner contended that the amount remained kept for over a period of one year after passing of the order of this Court, thus

3. Be that as it may, considering the fact that the order under contempt has been complied with, the present petition stands closed with the liberty aforesaid.
