The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in Mehandiya P.S. Case No.59 of 2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 341,323, 307, 504, 506 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made against the petitioners that they have entered into the house, started abusing the informant and on protest his uncle who is handicapped was dragged and mercilessly assaulted by them. When the informant came there to rescue him he along with his uncle were also assaulted with lathi and rod.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33011 of 2017 (2) dt.21-07-2017 In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
