2. Heard Mr. Pramod Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ganesh Prasad Singh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

3. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kishanpur PS Case No. 115/2015 dated 17.07.2015 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420/467/468/471/385/120(B)/34 of the IPC.

4. As per complaint lodged by the complainant which was subsequently converted into an FIR, the petitioner tried to obtain employment as Angabari Sevika on the basis of forged educational certificates.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case by the complainant on the basis of concocted story that the wife of the complainant/informant had also applied for the said post and the employment unit of the Anganbari Centre, Kishanpur in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49588 of 2023(2) dt.11-08-2023 2/2 connivance with the petitioner and others tried to appoint the petitioner as Angabari Sevika. He next submits that no official has lodged the FIR and it is only alleged that the petitioner attempted to get the employment through forged document and the allegation against the petitioner is based upon document for which custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not necessary.

6. Regards being had to the submissions made by the parties, taking into consideration the fact that the allegation is based upon a private complaint and the petitioner is a lady, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Kishanpur PS Case No. 115/2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) CrPC.
