Mr. Ramakant Sharma, learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that only Sanjay Poddar, one of the coaccused was granted regular bail but the anticipatory bail petition of Binod Ram, Suresh Choudhary, Kundan Choudhary and Amarjit Choudhary are still pending and the case diary has been called for vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No.30343 of 2019, Cr. Misc. No.37234 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No.37707 of 2019 and their anticipatory bail petitions have not been disposed of as yet but due to mistake in 3rd paragraph of order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42843 of 2019(3) dt.24-07-2019 2/2 11.07.2019, it has been dictated that Binod Ram, Suresh Choudhary, Kundan Choudhary and Amarjit Choudhary have already been granted anticipatory bail by different Benches of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.30343 of 2019, Cr. Misc. No.37234 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No.37707 of 2019.

From perusal of the record, it appears that office reported that the anticipatory bail petitions of Binod Ram, Suresh Choudhary, Kundan Choudhary and Amarjit Choudhary are still pending vide Cr. Misc. No.30343 of 2019, Cr. Misc. No.37234 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No.37707 of 2019. In this view of the fact, the order dated 11.07.2019 stood corrected. Let this order be read as part of the order dated 11.07.2019.
