2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 337, 353, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

3. As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners scuffled with the police forces. It is further alleged that all the accused persons got released the petitioner No. 2 from the police custody.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, prayer for bail of the petitioners is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
