The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Case No.75C2 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
The excise official disclosed that the house of petitioner was searched and 8 litres country made liquor was recovered.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no concern with the recovered liquor. The recovery is made from the courtyard of the house and there are many persons, who are residing therein.
Having considered the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42630 of 2019(2) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai in connection with Case No.75C2 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
