JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-06-2021 Heard Mr. Devendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Majorganj P. S. Case No. 83 of 2020, dated 08.06.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

No.744 of 2021(2) dt.24-06-2021 2/3 Though the petitioners have been alleged to have assaulted the members of the prosecution party, the injuries suffered by the victims have been reported to be simple in nature. There is a counter version of the occurrence also in which many persons from the side of petitioners have been injured. The wife of one of the petitioners has been injured in the occurrence which has been reported in the counter case. The petitioners are next door neighbours and are agnates as well. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that they are persons of clean antecedents. Considering the afore-stated facts,the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial
