2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 61(2), 103(1) and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is alleged to have killed his wife for dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is next submitted that during investigation, witnesses including the minor daughter of the deceased has stated that the deceased after having differences with the petitioner committed suicide by consuming poison and then she

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45680 of 2026(2) dt.09-07-2026 2/2 was taken to hospital also. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner is a man with a clean antecedent and he is in custody since 29.04.2026. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 2nd Saran at Chapra /concerned Court below in connection with Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 139 of 2026.
