2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Samastipur (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 112 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, while the informant went to his native place on 10.03.2024 and when he returned on 15.03.2024, he found that his valuables including ornaments as well as laptop, camera, tab etc were looted, which were worth Rs. 30 lakhs.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51657 of 2024(2) dt.30-07-2024 2/2 this case. He has further submitted that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. He has also submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 26.03.2024. He has next submitted that co-accused Deepak Kumar @ Deepak Dattatray Pawar, who has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 44364 of 2024.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-II, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 112 of 2024, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
