2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No. 80 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 303(2), 317(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are accused of stealing the motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45196 of 2025(2) dt.30-07-2025 2/3 this case. The petitioners have no concern with regard to the said motorcycle. The petitioners are in custody since 17.05.2025 and claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Nawada, District-Nawada /concerned Court in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No. 80 of 2025.

7. The petitioners will also mark attendance in Halsi Police Station, District-Lakhisarai on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners.

8. At the time of accepting bail bonds of the petitioners, the Court below will verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioners. If it is found that the petitioners have criminal antecedent, the Court below shall not accept the bail bonds of the petitioners and if it is found that the petitioners have clean
