JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 27-11-2018 Petitioner has filed the present writ application for consideration of his case for compassionate appointment. Father of the petitioner was a Assistant teacher who died in harness on 03.01.2009.

The case of the petitioner was forwarded to the District Education Officer, Begusarai for consideration of his case for compassionate appointment. We are in 2018 and till date the respondents have not taken final decision in the matter compassionate appointment, they have to take such decision at the earliest.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with

Patna High Court CWJC No.7648 of 2015(2) dt.27-11-2018 2/2 direction to the District Education Officer, Begusarai and District Programme Officer (Establishment), Begusarai to take appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
