2. The petitioner is apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 120(B), 323, 379, 504, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution, a case has been lodged against 6 named accused persons, alleging therein that the petitioner demanded Rs. 20,000/- from the informant with a view to install a tower.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that even though allegation made in the FIR is not correct the petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 20,000/- to the complainant.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48955 of 2023(2) dt.11-08-2023 2/2 but submits that the petitioner is ready to pay the alleged amount made in the FIR, so a sympathetic view may be taken.

6. In the present facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 6 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Patepur P. S. Case No.156 of 2010, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

7. The bail of the petitioner shall be cancelled upon non-deposition of the said Rs. 20,000/- to the complainant. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Ashishsingh/- U
