The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution story in nutshell is that Tulsi Thakur having fraudulently acquired title of land by getting a sale deed in his favour and also getting the mutation done in his favour and thereafter, having fraudulently taken the compensation amount from the Government. The allegation against petitioner is that

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner has no concern with compassion amount or any sale deed. He is only signatory authority in capacity of circle officer of Sagauli Anchal. It is also submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. It is further submitted that the Halaka Karamchari and purchasers and other co-accused persons (similarly situated co-accused persons) have been granted anticipatory bail in this case by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
