The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rajauli Police Station Case No.162 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 353, 379, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner of commission of mischief by damaging important documents in the office of Block Development Officer as well as authoritative letter written by the petitioner and others to the Block Development Officer, a copy at page 17 of the brief, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on anticipatory bail. Hence, prayer is refused.
