JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-11-2022 The present petition is by way of third attempt at the behest of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 393/2021 arising out of Bettiah Town (Kalibagh O.P.) P.S. Case No. 681/2019 registered for the offences under Section 302/34, I.P.C. and 27, Arms Act, inasmuch as though the earlier petitions had stood withdrawn at the behest of the petitioner, but the learned Court below had been directed by this Court to expedite the trial. The learned counsel for the petitioner, yet again does not wish to press the present petition, however, seeks a direction upon the learned Court below to expedite the ongoing trial.
