JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-11-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. i) For issuance of a Writ in the nature of 'Mandamus' commanding the Respondent Authority to implement entire provision of Right to Information Act and Rules.
ii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of 'Mandamus' commanding the respondent to take action against the person who did not act upon the Right to Information Act and Rules.
iii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari, quashing the order dated 22.04.16, passed in Case No.82070/ 12-13, which was communicated by
Patna High Court CWJC No.10543 of 2016(4) dt.21-11-2024 2/2 Memo No.908 dated 03.05.16 to the petitioner whereby and whereunder the aforesaid case was disposed of without providing information."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
