Considering the issues raised in the present petition, the Court cannot grant any positive direction as there is no post of In-Charge Headmaster and only by way of ad hoc arrangements in-charge headmaster are posted in the school. Considering the fact that there is no headmaster, the respondents have to take step for posting of regular headmaster in the school. Accordingly the District Programme Officer (Establishment) Saharsa is hereby directed to take step for posting regular headmaster in the school if not already posted within a period of six months from the date of

Patna High Court CWJC No.6536 of 2015(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order. Failing which the respondents have to take appropriate decision with regard to inter se seniority and posting of the senior most teacher as ad hoc in-charge headmaster in the school.

With the aforesaid the writ petitions stands disposed of.
