JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 24-11-2017 Having heard learned counsel for the applicant, we are not inclined to initiate any action for contempt for the simple reason that in P.I.L. filed, learned Writ Court has only left out to the Central Government to take such remedial steps as may be permissible in law without issuing any mandamus. Taking note of the tenor of the order, it is not a fit case where the contempt jurisdiction of this court should be exercised. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
