The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 414 of 2016 registered under Sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. As a matter of fact, the deceased committed suicide. The suicide note in question is not a genuine one. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 07.07.2017 and 03.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 30502 of 2017 and 30822 of 2017 respectively. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.31318 of 2017 (3) dt.22-08-2017 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 414 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
