JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-12-2018 The issue raised in the present writ application as to the grant of original certificate for the examination of sessions 19851987 and the result was published on 16.3.1992 is no more res integra as the bench of this court has already decided the similar issue of the same institution in C. W.J.C. No. 5444 of 2007 vide order dated 13.8.2008.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Board if the case of the petitioner is similar to the petitioner in C.W.J.C. No. 5444 of 2007, the Board is required to issue original certificate following the decision in C.W.J.C. No. 5444 of 2007 within a maximum period of sixty days.
