JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-11-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rupauli P.S. Case No. 175 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR husband of the informant was killed and petitioner is not named in the FIR. It appears that later on his name transpired.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that only material has come during investigation that one Manoj has told to his mother that informant used to talk with the petitioner with respect to cutting of ridge and apart from that there is nothing against the petitioner and he is in custody for more than six months.

No.51443 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Rupauli P.S. Case No. 175 of 2018, subject to the conditions that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
