1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State representing the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nadi Police Station Case No. 255 of 2023, dated 28.07.2023, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in the present case, vide order, dated 17.10.2023, passed in Criminal Misc No. 61275 of 2023, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

4. This application is, accordingly, allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Patna City, Patna in connection with Nadi Police Station Case No. 255 of 2023.
