The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/323/353/224/225/153A of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that altogether frivolous allegations have been made against the petitioner. He further submits that all other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in connection with the present case in Cr. Misc. No. 22717 of 2017 vide order dated 06.07.2017. Considering the vague nature of allegations made against the petitioner and also that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of

No.27838 of 2017 (2) dt.19-07-2017 P2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Derni P.S. Case No. 138 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
