Petitioner seeks bail in Pipra P.S. Case No.26 of 2019 (Special Case No.1994 of 2019) instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner is alleged to be owner of the car from which 120 litres Mahua liquor was recovered.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner had no knowledge about the aforesaid liquor being carried on his car. He is in custody since 05.06.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
