JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 03-11-2022 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner no.2, Sonu Das @ Sonu Kumar Das was already permitted to be withdrawn vide order dated 22.09.2022.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application in respect of petitioner no.1, Basant Das @ Basant Kumar Das.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn so far as petitioner no.1, Basant Das @ Basant Kumar Das is concerned.
