The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 30(c), 34, 34, 41(i), 44, 45 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 87.665 liters of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from a pick-up van.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is neither owner nor driver of said pick-up van and has got no concern with the seized liquor. Nothing has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
