2. Learned counsel for the respondent- Bihar State Power (Holding) Company refers to paragraph 6 of the counter affidavit to submit that the grievance of the petitioner has since been redressed. In coming to know about deposit of the dues by the petitioner standing in his mother's name, on 28.10.2015 the petitioner was granted electric connection having Account No. 990 under NDS II category and the meter was also installed at the initial reading zero.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the stand of the respondent-Power Company as stated in the counter affidavit nor any rejoinder has been filed to the contrary.
