2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 93 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of committing theft of two motorcycles.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion. He is in jail since 20.04.2024 having clean antecedent.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52225 of 2024(2) dt.07-08-2024 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-VI, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 93 of 2024.

6. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Sathi Police Station, West Champaran on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
