2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 160 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 447, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with the FIR named accused persons came to the house of the informant and started abusing him. Prem Prasad, Ramadhar Prasad assaulted the informant with sword and iron rod on his head. When son of the informant, namely Vikram Kumar came to save the informant, coaccused Meera Devi and Mohan Prasad assaulted him with lathi. Coaccused Meera Devi snatched golden chain from the son of the informant and accused Ramadhar Prasad snatched Rs. 55,000/- from

4. At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the parties have amicably resolved their dispute. The certified copy of the compromised petitioner is Annexure-2. He has submitted further that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and the injuries are simple in nature.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka East Champaran in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 160 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
