1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the informant and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in Bypass P. S. Case No.14 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302,120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. This is the third attempt of the petitioner to seek bail and the informant alleges that petitioner shot his uncle Ramashish Singh on his head by pistol leading to his instant death.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55292 of 2024(2) dt.25-10-2024 2/2 petitioner is in custody since 20.01.2020.

5. In the nature of allegation as alleged, the Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

6. The prayer of the petitioner for regular bail stands rejected accordingly.
