2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 90 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 372, 372, 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code; Sections 3, 5, 6 and 7 of the Immoral Traffic Act and Sections 6 and 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. The police got information that in Pahari Singh Line hotel prostitution was going on. Prostitutes were called and the customers were being served. The police raided the hotel and in the raid, some persons were found running away, the petitioner is one of them. He appears to be a customer and he is

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, VIth -cum-Special Judge POCSO Hajipur, Vaishali/concerned Court in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 90 of 2024.
