JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-08-2018 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 513 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of collecting the money from the informant and others and deposited the same into a non banking company, which later on fled away. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been made accused in this case and he only happens to be the employee of the said non banking firm and the petitioner has not got the amount deposited in his account rather in the account of the said non banking company.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31532 of 2018 (4) dt.06-08-2018 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of accusation, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner rather he should surrender and pray for regular bail, which will be considered by the court below on the merit of the case. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
