The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 138 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 452, 341, 323, 504, 354, 397, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 37 (b) (c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

In view of the previous litigation between the parties, let above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge Excise, Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 138 of
