Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.1946 of 2017 registered for offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

From reading of the complaint petition it will be clear that there is land dispute between the parties and the complainant has been found in litigating terms with the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5716 of 2021(2) dt.25-11-2021 2/2 petitioners with regard to the portion of the land which had been purchased by the petitioners long back in the year 1993. Considering the aforesaid fact, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Complaint Case No.1946 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
