2. This writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to make payment of compensation amount for acquisition of land of the petitioner in terms of the provisions of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already filed a representation before

Patna High Court CWJC No.10080 of 2023(2) dt.07-12-2023 2/2 the respondent authorities concerned to make payment of compensation to him in terms of the provisions of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 on 23.06.2023 (Annexure-5) but no action has been taken till date.

4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent authority concerned is directed to dispose of the aforesaid application, which is said to have been filed by the petitioner on 23.06.2023, in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably, within a period of six months from today.

5. This writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
