JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 13-12-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent nos. 2 to 3 to get the work of the village road connecting N.H. 80 from Nasopur to Nasopur Railway Crossing having total length of 0.338 K.M. completed according to the agreement executed with the petitioner under Mukhyamantri Gram Sampark Yojana at the earliest.

2. As none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, the matter was passed over for a few cases. However on repeat call, the petitioner was again not represented.

3. A perusal of the averment in the writ petition discloses that despite the work order given to the petitioner on 24th of December, 2014 for construction of road connecting N.H.-80 from Nasopur to Nasopur Railway Crossing having total length of 0.338

Patna High Court CWJC No.6691 of 2015 dt.13-12-2018 2/2 K.M., the Executive Engineer, Rural Works Department, Works Division, Bhagalpur (respondent no. 3) issued a letter dated 29.01.2015 stopping the work of the scheme. It appears from paragraph-9 of the writ petition that the petitioner has filed his representation before the Project Manager, Mukhyamantri Gram Sampark Yojana and Bihar Rural Road Development Authority.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents appears.

5. Having regard to the nature of the grievance of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to him to pursue his representation referred to above, before the concerned authorities, if so advised, if the period of agreement still subsists.
