2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Simra P.S Case No. 21 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 317 (2) of B.N.S.

3. As per First Information Report, it is alleged that petitioner is having stolen motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner has purchased second hand bike from the market and he is quite unknown that this is a stolen property. It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 15.04.2025.

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. On perusal of the FIR and impugned order dated 29.05.2025, it appears that the said recovered motorcycle does not belongs to petitioner while it belongs to some other person.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M, Aurangabad in connection with Simra P.S Case No. 21 of 2025.
