JUSTICE BIBEK CHAUDHURI ORAL ORDER 22-07-2024 In the meantime, the State respondents are diIt is the allegation of the Petitioner that the petitioner as Panchayat Secretary has been transferred from Harsiddhi Block to Ramgarhwa Block, in the month of May 2022, in compliance with the order of the authority. He duly joined Ramgarhwa Block and has been discharging his duty as Panchayat Secretary, however, till date his LPC and Service Book have not been issued by the Block Development Officer, Harsiddhi, East Champaran, Motihari, who is Respondent No. 06 in the instant

Patna High Court CWJC No.10726 of 2024(2) dt.22-07-2024 2/2 writ petition. Therefore, he is not getting his salary from Ramgarhwa Block.

2. The instant writ petition is disposed of directing the Block Development Officer, Harsiddhi, Respondent No. 06 to issue LPC in favor of the petitioner within 30 days from the date of communication of this order. Respondent no. 06 is further directed to send the Petitioner's Service Book within the said period to the office of Respondent no. 05.

3. Further, the Petitioner is at liberty to communicate the server copy of this order for compliance.
